About MedLens+
We built MedLens+ because years of lab PDFs shouldn't disappear into folders before every appointment.
Why we exist
Medical reports arrive as disconnected PDFs. After years of care, valuable history hides in email threads while each new visit starts from scratch.
MedLens+ makes that history visible and comparable — so you walk into appointments knowing what changed, not scrambling through folders the night before.
The problem we kept running into
Our founders spent hours scrolling through lab PDFs before specialist visits — unsure which values shifted or why ranges differed between labs.
Generic AI chatbots gave fast answers but ignored report-specific ranges and made claims no responsible health product should. We built the alternative: structured, tied to your documents, and honest about what software can and can't do.
Principles we won't bend
We never diagnose disease, prescribe medication, suggest dosage changes, or replace professional consultation. We use reference ranges from your uploaded reports, not internet-generic values. We warn when you're comparing results across different laboratories.
Those aren't marketing lines — they're constraints baked into every feature we ship.
Who's building this
Our team blends software engineering, product design, and health-adjacent domain experience. Clinical advisors review safety boundaries, copy, and user flows before release.
We publish our approach to security, privacy, and medical safety openly so you can evaluate our practices before trusting us with your reports.
