Terms of Service

The rules for using MedLens+ — including what the product is (and isn't), acceptable use, and liability limits.

Agreement

By using MedLens+ — our website, waitlist, or application — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.

Not medical advice

MedLens+ is an information organization tool. It's not a medical device, diagnostic service, or substitute for professional healthcare.

We don't diagnose disease, prescribe medication, suggest dosage changes, or claim you have any specific condition. Timelines, summaries, and visit briefs are for informational and organizational purposes only.

Always seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions, symptoms, or treatment decisions. Never ignore professional medical advice because of something you read in MedLens+.

Acceptable use

Use MedLens+ for lawful personal or authorized caregiving purposes. Don't use it to provide medical advice to others, run an unauthorized clinical service, or present our output as a professional diagnosis.

Don't attempt to access other users' accounts, interfere with security, upload malicious content, scrape the service at scale, or reverse engineer the software except where law permits.

You're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your account credentials confidential.

Your uploads

You keep ownership of reports and content you upload. By uploading, you grant MedLens+ a limited license to process, store, and display that content solely to provide the service to you.

You confirm you have the right to upload what you submit — including when uploading on behalf of a family member you care for.

Beta service

MedLens+ is currently an early access beta. Features, availability, and supported report types may change without notice.

We aim for reliability but can't guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance and outages happen.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedLens+ and its operators aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — or zero during free beta access.

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations. In those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
